How can I cash out?

You can cash out from your Ziina wallet to your bank account once per day. Here's how:

1. Tap Your wallet balance at the top of your home screen.
2. Tap Cash out.
3. Enter the amount you'd like to cash out.
4. Enter your bank details. You'll only need to do this once — they'll be saved securely for future cash-outs.
5. Confirm and submit your request.

To update your bank details, tap the pencil icon next to your saved details during any cash-out request.

Please note that Ziina is a payment facilitator, not a bank. Funds are held in your Ziina wallet until you initiate a cash-out to your linked bank account.

The minimum cash-out amount is 10 AED.
