How long does it take to process my cash-out?

Cash-out processing times depend on your account type:

• Instant Cash-Out — all personal accounts + business accounts with a Ziina Card — delivered almost instantly
• Regular Cash-Out — business accounts without a Ziina Card — delivered in approximately 12 hours

On UAE bank holidays, cash-outs may be delayed until the next business day.

If your cash-out hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check the status in the app. Confirm that your cash-out shows as Completed. If it still shows as Pending or Processing, allow the standard processing time before taking further action.
2. Check your bank reference number. Once your cash-out shows as Completed, you can find the bank reference number directly in the transaction details in the app. Share this with your bank so they can trace the transfer.
3. Contact your bank. Provide them with the reference number and they can trace the transfer from their end.
4. Download your Proof of Transfer. You can download it directly from the cash-out details in the app and share it with your bank. If your bank still needs more information, contact our support team.
